These terms cover the MenuKatte service: a hosted QR menu page plus printed QR table standees for restaurants in Bengaluru, India.
Seller
MenuKatte is operated by Upsurge Labs LLP (LLPIN ACN-6056, GSTIN 29AAIFU7881R1ZU), 2nd & 3rd Floor, No. 13, S T Bed Colony, 80 Feet Main Road, 4th Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560034, India. Payments in INR are processed by Razorpay; we never see your card or UPI PIN.
What you buy
For ₹1,999 one-time (GST and delivery within Bengaluru city limits included): one hosted menu page in English plus one Indian language (Kannada or Hindi), with dish photos you supply, a WhatsApp order button to your number and a UPI pay button to your UPI ID; 5 printed QR table standees delivered to one address in Bengaluru; free menu edits for 3 months from delivery. The page stays online for 12 months from delivery. Later edits are ₹199 per update.
Prepaid only
Orders are paid in full in advance. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Proof before print
We send you the menu page link to approve before anything is printed. If we don't hear back within 48 hours of sending the proof, we print as submitted.
Timelines
We aim to send the page proof within 2 working days of receiving your menu, and to deliver standees within 3-6 working days of your approval. These are targets, not guarantees.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to use the menu, photos, logo and prices you send us, and that they are accurate. Food safety, pricing and order handling remain your responsibility; orders and payments go directly to you, not through us.
