Refund policy

• Before you approve the proof: not happy with the menu page? Ask for a full refund, no questions.
• Standees arrive damaged, misprinted or with our error: send a photo to hello@menukatte.com within 48 hours of delivery and we reprint free or refund in full, our choice.
• After approval and printing: standees are made for your restaurant, so there are no change-of-mind refunds once printed.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method via Razorpay, usually within 5-7 working days.
