How much does a QR menu standee cost in Bengaluru? (2026 prices)

If you're putting a QR menu on your tables, the standee is the only part you print. Here's what the common options cost in Bengaluru in October 2026, from published price lists, so you can budget before you call a printer.

How many do you need?

One per table that gets wiped often, plus one at the billing counter for parcel customers. A small darshini with standing counters often needs only 2-3; a sit-down restaurant needs one per table.

What makes a standee actually get scanned

• QR at least 3 cm wide, dark on a light background, with a white border.
• A short line above it: "Scan for menu" in English and Kannada.
• Placed facing the seat, not the aisle.
• A QR that points to a menu page you can edit, so the standee never needs reprinting when prices change.
